Barbell graduation session with Tarja on Sunday 01/07

Can’t wait till Autumn to try out our exciting new sessions? Then you’re in for a treat!

You are all cordially invited to come and be part of Tarja’s Barbell intervals (70MIN) graduation session on Sunday July 1 at JIMS Fitness Jourdan (Rue Gray 54, 1040 Etterbeek) at 12:00PM-1:15PM.

The graduation session is the official beginning of Barbells here at Friskis (and the launch of a brand new location) and many months of hard work and training on behalf of our instructors so come and discover an exciting new type of session.

Barbell Interval is a combination of efficient strength training and tough cardio. If you like sporty and straightforward exercise, then Barbell Interval is for you. The exercises are simple and efficient. You follow clear instructions to cool music, using a barbell, weights and a step to work out. You adapt the weights yourself and can use anything from just the weight of the bar or add a number of extra kilos.

At the end of the Barbell Interval class, 15 minutes of cardio training is added in intervals. It’s 75 minutes of sweat, fun and good music!

Please note that these sessions have limited place (between 15-20 places maximum) so please show up early to ensure that you get a spot.
