Family sessions return in September – Parents now join for free

Published on August 24, 2019

Our new semester begins on September 1st and with it return our beloved Family sessions thus allowing children and parents to enjoy our session together

But wait there’s more! From now on, only your child needs to be a Friskis member to participate in Family and Family Circuit session. The parents/guardians get to participate for free (though we recommend for them to become members in order to be covered by our insurance).

We are offering two types of sessions for different age groups:

  • Family Sessions – (for children between 3-6 years old) every Sunday morning between 11am-12pm at our Etterbeek venue (Rue du Clocher 22-24).
  • Family Circuit Sessions – (for children between 7-11 years old) every Saturday morning between 11am-12pm at our Etterbeek venue (Rue du Clocher 22-24).

The Family session is a playful session where children and adults have fun and discover new ways of moving together.

The Family Circuit Session is a speedy, versatile and playful session for children together with adults. The training is performed in different stations, with challenging and fun exercises with or without tools, for both children and adults.

Our instructors have been working hard over the summer break in order to ensure that the Family sessions will be something truly special for you and your kids.

Also starting in September, children from 8 – 11 years are now allowed to join all our all sessions for free if they train together with a parent/adult (except for sessions at JIMS and Family, Family Circuit and Station class at Maalbeek)”

Finally to celebrate the new semester we are organizing a new outdoor family session and family circuit session on Sunday 8 September at Parc du Cinquantenaire (exact time and location in the park to be announced)

This is a golden opportunity for you to spend some quality time with the rest of your family the whole family so make sure you don’t miss it.
