We are very happy to announce that we have selected two brand new Nordic Walking instructors; Agnes and Guy. Together with Anne and Edite they will guide you through Fôret de Soignes starting from 4bras on Saturday mornings 9:30-11:00. We also have another Nordic Walking session with Philippe on Wednesdays 19:00-20:15 in Woluwé Park. You will find clear guidance / maps on the meeting points on our website under “when and where” and then under “venues”.

Through reinforcing the team, we aim to offer more variety, give more guidance to newcomers, useful tips on all levels, simply more diversity, value and FUN. What could possibly be better than a fresh morning out in the nature, in great group spirit and exercising?

Nordic Walking is based on a specific technique, which if practiced correctly, burns up to 45% more calories than normal walking, engages about 85% of muscles, and improves your stamina. Moreover, it is suitable and can be adapted to all fitness levels. Just bring your own poles with you, or borrow them from us in the beginning. We just want to remind – if you come for the first time please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the session, so we can explain you the most important things before the start.

There are Nordic Walking sessions with Friskis the whole year around, in all weather conditions, rain or shine, except if the safety might be at risk e.g. due to a storm.
