Running Cross with Melanie

Join Melanie’s Running Cross session for the two remaining Thursdays of this semester…. It’s a varied, all-around training class where you exercise at various “stations” (benches, up-hills…) and challenge the body in a different way (muscle strength, intervals, …).” The exercises will be adapted to the weather conditions, but we keep the concept.

So, see you on the 24th and 31st January under the Arches!
