AGM on 21 March

All Members and functionaries are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting 2010 of Friskis&Svettis Brussels a.s.b.l/v.z. on Sunday 21 March at 13:45, in the Cafeteria of the Maalbeek sports hall (av d’Auderghem 126, 1040 Brussels).

The AGM Notice is here including a provisional agenda. Among the agenda items there is a change of Statutes (click here to download the proposed amendments).

An important point will be the election of a new Board. The Election Committee proposes the following Board to be elected by the AGM on 21 march:

• Calle Asenius - chairman, 1 year
• Karlheinz Kadner - 2 years
• Pia Bilting - 2 years
• Joanna Slusarczyk - 2 years
• Birgitta Jonsson Mangan - deputy member, 1 year
• Paul Walsh - deputy member, 1 year
• Chris Vandenbosch - deputy member, 1 year
• Continuation of current mandate: Eva Johansson and Anne Peters

Please note that we need a majority of members to reach the quorum, so in case you will not be able to join the AGM, please use this proxy form to authorise a person of your own choice to vote for you (one proxy per person).
