F&S in Brussels

What is Friskis Brussels?

Friskis Brussels is a non-profit-making fitness association founded in 1991 with a mission to offer a fun and accessible high quality work-out for everybody. We now have over 650 members and we grow steadily.

Our activities are based in central Brussels and a few other places outside the Brussels area. We have 23 instructors and over 70 other volunteers, all committed to the quality objectives of Friskis&Svettis.

Our vision: fun, affordable, open to everybody!

Our vision is to be the premier non profit-making sports organisation in the Brussels area. The cost of membership is much lower than for commercially operated gyms and fitness clubs – because we give our time for free and do not need to generate any profit.

But the quality of Friskis&Svettis is second to none. Our instructors are professionally trained and constantly controlled by experienced and specially trained senior instructors so that we can keep our standards high. This is why Friskis&Svettis is one of the most known brands in Sweden...and now also in Brussels!

Longing for exercise that you actually enjoy?

The alternative sports association Friskis&Svettis bases all its work and activities upon the idea that exercise should be driven by pleasure and fun. If you enjoy working out, you will want to do it again and again. And by having fun you will also improve your shape and physical performance.

In addition we believe in the social dimension of our formula: Friskis Brussels is also a great place to meet new people from all over Europe.
