Here is what we offer – see where YOU fit in!
BASIC
You are fan of good, straightforward and easy training at a lower pace. You don’t like jumping and complicated movements but would like to improve your fitness, strength and flexibility.
MEDIUM
You are fairly fit and probably a regular in some other sport. You like a little bit of a challenge in the exercise, higher pace and some jumping.
INTENSIVE
You want a real challenge, something that puts your muscles and cardiovascular system to the test. You are already fit and probably doing some other sports very regularly.
STRENGTH BASIC/MEDIUM
You like fitness training but what you really like to improve is your strength. You are looking for a session that emphasises strength exercises, during a longer period of time and with a lot of repetitions.
PULSE MEDIUM
You are fit, like cardiovascular training and music tempos. Exercises with coordination for cardiovascular training inspire you.
DANCE
Cut loose with step and dance styles
Here we blend disco, funk, jazz, Latino, rock, swing and you can follow along at once. No advanced choreographies, only imitating, letting loose and having fun with a lot of emotion, attitude and character. It is playful, open and no demands on precision. If you enjoy strutting your stuff we guarantee you’ll like this dance class. Well-trained or not, everybody can participate and make the dance class their own. Just like on the dance floor.
STATION
You want variety in your strength training, preferably with tools like dumbbells, elastic bands and weights but you would also like to have some cardiovascular training. You want your strength training to be long and divided into different "stations". (the session is 75 minutes long)
KI-JYMPA
You are inspired by martial arts, qi gong, and other Asian techniques. Force and power are important ingredients in your training. You enjoy some free kicking and boxing movements.
KI-BOX
You are inspired by martial arts, qi gong, and other Asian techniques. Force and power are important ingredients in your training. You like tough box training with gloves and pads.
CORE
You want to train but in a controlled and balanced way. Your focus of training is on balance, stability, posture. You want to become stronger in abdominals and back and you want to improve your flexibility by stretching.
AEROBICS
You LOVE choreography! You want to be challenged in coordination and physical fitness but still keep within the concept of a "Friskis" medium session.

New Jogging Session
Spring is in the air, so is jogging!
From now on we are running on Mondays at 19h00 and Wednesdays at 19h30 at parc Cinquantenaire.
