Jogging

Jogging is a pleasant training in a group, it is the favorite exercise of many, either as an individual form of exercise or as an addition to more strength related exercise. You may jog by yourself, with a friend or, why not, in a group.
The advantages in jogging in a group are especially important for those who find it difficult to get started and find a good jogging tempo, or regularity or for those who prefer the comfort group spirit in a group and a committed leadership.
Jogging is available in a basic speed and medium speed. It is important that you as a participant can find a speed you enjoy and maybe try different groups in order to choose the one you prefer.
