Nordic Walking Adventure

Nordic Walking Adventure is about intensive Nordic Walking. Every track is different, we explore Belgium, nature at his best, around Brussels in colder seasons, or further away when the days are longer. We walk for about 3 hours; technique, flexibility exercises and specific stretching moves included. After the walk, there is possibility for refreshments.

How does it work?

We meet somewhere in the Ardennes or around Brussels for an afternoon walk. Once you confirm your participation to the coordinator you will receive details for the meeting point.

Every first Sunday of the month, we walk another track. If you would like to keep informed about these monthly events, then send an e-mail to Hans, and you’ll then be included in the Nordic Walking Adventure mailing list. When you confirm your participation for the event, you will be informed about the meeting point and other details for the walk.

Questions & answers

What should I take along?

Sportshoes, outdoor clothes, and a small backpack with rain jacket, water bottle, and a snack.

What about the weather?

This is an outdoor activity that can be performed in all weather conditions, it’s just matter of putting on the right clothes! Nevertheless sessions could be cancelled in case of extreme weather conditions.

Do I need to be fit?

This is intensive Nordic Walking. If you are not sure what it is like, see our schedule and try our basic or medium levels first.
