(*) These cards can only be bought in cash from the hosts at each session.

(**) A valid membership card from a F&S foreign club must be shown to the host.

PARK SESSIONS IN JULY AND AUGUST ARE FREE

A full membership grants access to all sessions offered by Friskis Brussels, including Outdoor activities.

Note: A membership card for 5 or 10 months is valid until the date indicated on the card. So if you subscribe for instance on 1st March, your 5-months card will expire at the end of September and your 10-months card at the end of February of the following year.

While waiting for your card to arrive, feel free to attend our sessions by showing a proof of payment to the host.

Becoming a new member or renewing an existing membership

Renewing or buying your membership is simple: make a bank transfer for the correct amount (see fees above) to the Friskis account, 310-1567511-77 (you may also want to use our international banking coordinates: IBAN: BE 80 3101 5675 1177 and BIC: BBRUBEBB).

Very important if you want to have your card in time by post:

• If you are renewing your membership: In the communication section on the bank transfer form, indicate "F&S MEMBERSHIP" clearly, your membership number, date of birth and address (if it’s been changed; only addresses in Belgium allowed!).
• If you are a new member: In the communication section on the bank transfer form, indicate clearly "F&S MEMBERSHIP", your name, date of birth and address (only addresses in Belgium allowed!).

VUB Staff and VUB Students who can produce a valid VUB Sportscard have free access to F&S sessions at VUB on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (19:00-20:00 and 20:00-21:00). Please show a valid VUB Sportscard to Friskis Hosts in order to enter the hall. VUB day cards are not valid for the other Friskis activities.

Membership terms and conditions

1. On joining Friskis&Svettis Brussels, the member accepts and agrees to be bound by these conditions of membership.
2. Payment of the membership (minimum term: 5 months) will entitle the member to attend any of the sessions (as indicated on the card) until the expiry date mentioned on the card.
3. Should you lose your membership card, please contact Friskis&Svettis Brussels for replacement.
4. The membership card is personal and non-transferable. The card is only valid in combination with a recent photograph of the holder, his/her name, signature and membership number.
5. Membership fees are not refundable under any circumstance except for medical reasons for which a medical certificate will be required. Membership is reimbursed on a pro-rata basis as from the date of presentation of the membership card together with the medical certificate.
6. The holder of a membership card participates in the activities of Friskis&Svettis Brussels at his/her own risk. Friskis&Svettis Brussels is not liable for any risk or injures, which must be covered by the member’s personal insurance.
7. Members have to be at least 12 years old to attend the sessions.
8. Friskis&Svettis Brussels is not responsible for the loss of personal items or damage to personal property either on the premises or in the car park.
9. The board of Friskis & Svettis Brussels reserves the right to amend and add to these conditions of membership and rules as it sees fit and the member shall observe any amended or additional conditions or rules so made.
10. Membership and activity fees may be reviewed at any time.

I’ve lost my card!

If you lose your membership card, please contact Anne who will issue a duplicate card or provide you with further information.

Participants participate in the activities of Friskis & Svettis Brussels at their own risk. Friskis & Svettis Brussels is not liable for any risks or injuries which must be covered by their personal insurance.
