Classical session on DVD
The Kraft&Känsla DVD features 37 minutes of "classical" Friskis&Svettis workout. It is a programme that will make you stronger in your daily life. The session has five parts: warm-up, strength, legs and balance, cardiovascular training and flexibility.
As a bonus, the DVD also contains a 16 minute long Ki-Balance session. This mini session trains your posture, balance and flexibility. Ki-Balance is a calm and focused treat for your body and soul. Please note that instructions are in Swedish.

New Jogging Session
