Introducing our other limited edition session: FlowRide with our wonderful instructors Lidia and Monica,

Flowride is a medium jympa session where a continuous flow between movements (and songs!) has been created to give a great feeling of continuous and uninterrupted workout. It’s a limited edition session, meaning it’s meant to spice up the routine of a jympa workout – come check it out!

Join Lidia every Monday evening at VUB Campus between 7pm-8pm.

Join Monica every Friday afternoon (till the 6th of October) at Etterbeek between 6pm-7pm.
