Introducing Dance Explode Sessions

With our new spring semester we are pleased to announce a brand new session for you all to try out:

Dance Explode!

Dance Explode session is energetic and powerful, with high energy level and intensity. It is tough condition training, but also strength with dance feeling. The choreography is simple, but with dance expression – very suitable for a party-session with which you can both sweat it all out and maximize the dance feeling.
It is a high cardio performance session with some elements of intensive training and simple dance moves. It also includes medium jympa exercises.

This session intended for:

  • For those who like medium/intensive and dance sessions
  • For those who like high interval cardio training
  • For those who like to spice-up cardio with a bit of dance
  • For those who like different types of music
  • For those who want to strengthen their muscles with top intensive elements
  • For those who don’t like too many exercises on the floor

You can try out our new Dance Explode every Tuesday at 13:00-13:45 at our Etterbeek venue and at 19:00-20:00 at our VUB campus venue and every Sunday at 10:00-11:00 at sports center La Woluwe.
