The Friskis Spring Semester has begun!

February is finally here and with it begins our new F&S spring semester! From the 1st of February onwards you can join us to enjoy 40 sessions per week in 7 different locations in Brussels.

Our instructors have prepared all kinds of sessions for you basic, medium, intensive, station, yoga, dance, core, flex and even more sessions for you! The full schedule is now available on the website so be sure to check it out here and see the many new surprises we have in store for you this semester including:

  • new Dance Explode session on Tuesdays and Saturdays
  • new CoreFlex session on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays
  • Barbells sessions now on Wednesdays and Saturdays
  • new Spinning intervals sessions on Sunday afternoons
  • a new Discovery slot on Sunday at 4 PM
  • Start to Run sessions now on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
  • Running Quality now on Monday and Wednesday evenings (as well as on Saturday morning)

Friskis Brussels is continuously looking for new and inspiring ways to give our members more reasons to keep coming. Bring your friends and family to try out their first session for free – they will get hooked as well!
